Scheduling Request Form

Concert Performance members are encouraged to schedule their Performance Requests using the on-line form below. However, the paper form is still available for those who do not have access to the Internet. Mail to:

Sandy Watkins, 2542 Venado Camino, Walnut Creek, CA 95498.

All Solo Performers must be auditioned and be current PAS members. Ensemble Performers* must include at least one auditioned and current PAS member. Concert Performers may apply for one performance in a season, either as soloist or performer in an ensemble. This rule is in place due to the large number of eligible performers and ensembles. A soloist may be considered to perform again during the season if they have requested to be placed on a substitution/cancellation list.

You can renew your membership online using PayPal, or by mailing in your check with the paper membership form that was mailed to you.

You must submit or post-mark your form by July 1st in order to be considered for the coming year’s schedule. Forms received after this date may require the member be scheduled only in case of a cancellation. Performers for the entire season can expect to be informed, by email or phone, of concert scheduling by August 1st.

*Requests for ensemble performances must be made by an ensemble that has auditioned together or by a member of that ensemble who has successfully passed a PAS audition. If you are a member of an ensemble, please make sure only ONE person in the ensemble submits a request for a particular performance. For audition information or questions about audition status, write auditions@ccpas.org.
